Terms of Use

Version 2026-08-18-v1

Placeholder text — including the jurisdiction named below. This document is pending review by Supreme IT and Management Services's own legal/compliance advisor and does not yet reflect final, legally-reviewed wording.

These Terms of Use govern your use of this online portal (the "Portal") operated by Supreme IT and Management Services ("we", "us", "S.I.M.S."). By logging in and using the Portal, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

What this Portal is for

The Portal lets you raise and track service complaints, view and pay bills, and communicate with our support team. It is a support and administrative tool — it is not a monitoring or emergency-response service. If you have a security emergency, please contact local authorities and/or call us directly; do not rely on this Portal for real-time alerts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you're a staff member using our shared admin login, you must select your own name from the "who are you" screen before taking any action — this is how we keep an accurate record of who did what. Please don't share the shared admin password outside authorised staff.

Acceptable use

Please use the Portal only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, don't upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, and don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Portal.

Our services and their limits

CCTV installation, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services are provided as agreed in your service quotation/contract with us. Please note: a CCTV or security system, even when installed and functioning correctly, cannot guarantee the prevention or detection of every incident, and is not a substitute for other security measures. Our liability in connection with the services or this Portal is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit.

Payments

Bills are raised and tracked through the Portal. Where you pay via a UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) through the "Pay" button, that payment happens entirely within your chosen app — we do not process or store your payment app credentials. Since we don't use an automated payment gateway, you'll be asked to upload a screenshot as proof of payment, and your payment status is then manually confirmed by the Owner.

Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — there may be occasional downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the Portal if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, or at your request. Ending your Portal access doesn't end any underlying service agreement you have with us for CCTV installation/maintenance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, you'll be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you log in.
